Sit down on a chair in a comfortable position, back straight, hands on your thighs, with your palms facing upward to the sky.
Close your eyes and concentrate on your abdominal breathing. Start by inhaling through your nose, letting your abdomen swell, holding your breath for 2 or 3 seconds. Then exhale completely through your mouth, pulling your abdomen in, and hold your breath for 2 or 3 seconds.
Repeat this cycle of abdominal breathing for 5 minutes (about 50 consecutive abdominal cycles at 10 cycles per minute).
When the exercise is over you should feel less tense or anxious, less fearful, more optimistic, and have much more vitality.
As you continue to practice abdominal breathing, say the sacred sound “LAM” on your first three breaths.
Visualize your genital zone by imaging it enclosed in a red circle.
Concentrate on the image of your Chakra and imagine it spinning around, slowly at first, then faster and faster. Stabilize the speed and concentrate on it for a few minutes.
Complete this awakening of your Chakra by declaring, in a firm voice: “My Muladhara Chakra is now active!”

Complete this awakening of your Chakra by declaring, in a firm voice: “My Sahasrara Chakra is now active!”
It is recommended to stimulate your 7 Chakras at least once a week, replacing the last sentence of the awakening Ritual by saying:
“My Sahasrara chakra is now active!“ with “My Sahasrara Chakra is always active!“
Do that every week for each of your Chakras.
If you maintain this positive action over the long term, you will see your health improve and your dynamism increase. You will accomplish your desires much more quickly and live your dream life.
