How to Use your 6th Chakra: Ajna Chakra

Stimulating your root Ajna chakra will allow you to develop your intuition and awaken your extra sensory perceptions.

Boost your intuition

Having intuition is extremely important in life because when you intuitively decide, you are rarely wrong.

Indeed, intuition taps the resources of your subconscious mind without any tampering from your prejudice and conditioning. Your intuition inspires you, as you get used to it, with increasingly wise advice.

  • Take 5 or 10 minutes just for you.
  • Move to a quiet place that you like where no one will disturb you.
  • Sit down on a chair in a comfortable position, with your back straight, hands flat on your thighs, palms turned up to the sky.
  • Close your eyes and focus on your abdominal breathing. Start breathing in through the nose while inflating your abdomen, then block the air for 2 to 3 seconds. Then breathe out through the mouth by contracting your abdomen and block your breathing for 2 to 3 seconds.
  • Repeat this cycle of abdominal breathing for 5 minutes or 50 full abdominal breathing cycles in a row (at a pace of 10 cycles per minute).
  • By the end of this exercise, you should feel less tension, less anxiety, less fear, and feel more optimistic and healthier. 

Ajna Chakra

  • Visualize or focus on the image of your 6th chakra for 5 minutes or 50 abdominal breathing cycles, thinking about developing your intuition.

Say, for example:

“Let the visualization of my Ajna chakra help me develop my intuition in order to make wise decisions and make the right choice in any circumstance!”

  • Finish this exercise by saying in a firm voice:

“My Ajna chakra has been activated so that my intuition might steadily increase!”

  • Repeat this ritual at least once a week until you feel that your intuition starts to develop. Keep going until your intuition becomes helpful on a regular basis.

This visualization exercise will be enough on its own to develop your intuition if you practice it on a regular basis.

Discover your extra sensory perceptions

Everyone has extra sensory perceptions. You just need to believe it and to sincerely want to develop them in order to discover your own and express them on a regular basis.

Usually, this awakening can take a lot of time and require sometimes lengthy initiations. Stimulating your Ajna chakra can hasten this process of discovery and expression of your extrasensory gifts.

If you do not think about any specific extrasensory ability, just ask for a generic stimulation of your extra sensory abilities.

“Let the visualization of my Ajna chakra help me develop my gift of telepathy (for instance).”

  • While you keep focusing on the image of your chakra for 5 minutes or 50 abdominal breathing cycles, visualize yourself once your gift of telepathy has been awakened and what you will be able to do with it.
  • Finish this exercise that awakens your extrasensory abilities by stating in a firm voice:

“My Ajna chakra has now been activated so that my gift of telepathy (for example) might awaken!”.

  • Repeat this ritual at least once a week until your extrasensory abilities manifest.

Useful advice

This visualization exercise won’t be enough on its own to express your extra sensory perceptions, but it will facilitate the process. You still must play your part by tapping into the creative ideas that will come to your mind in order to discover and stabilize the use of your extrasensory abilities in general, or of the one you want to use in priority.
