The Taurus employer wants his or her business to be reliable and dependable and the Virgo employee will make sure all the right processes are in place and protocols are being followed. If the employer is a Virgo and the employee is Taurus, this combination is just as good as the reverse. Virgo wants things done a certain way, and correctly.
