The Pisces employer and the Pisces employee is a bit more clearly defined because of the power dynamics of their positions. A Pisces employer wants employees to find their purpose working for the company or organization. This can prove to be a great work environment for a Pisces employee, so long as they agree that their purpose for being is tied to the work for the company or organization. Otherwise, this can be difficult interaction, with the Pisces employee out the door rather quickly, either by choice or not.

Pisces co-workers can get along just fine or not get along just fine; such is the nature of their design. They are the ducks, floating on rough waters, letting the stormy rainfall off their backs.
