I would suggest only seeing a psychic or spiritual healer who has been recommended to you personally. Also, ask yourself, does it seem like this person’s life has improved since working with them? And does this person feel like they are coming from a place of integrity? You have to be very careful in choosing a psychic for mental health issues, as there are risks involved and it can be very dangerous if you choose the wrong person to work on your energy.
