The Leo employer and the Capricorn employee can work well together so long as the Capricorn can be promoted and keep achieving new goals. Leo wants to see all his or her employees improve the status and perception of the company, and Capricorn can be a team player until he or she sets their sights on Leo’s job. The Capricorn, who is self-motivated, will find benefits from a boss who understands their need to keep achieving. So long as their pursuit of success makes the Leo boss look good and helps with his or her promotions; all is well.

Capricorn Employer/Leo Employee

If the employer is a Capricorn and the employee is Leo, this dynamic faces similar problems as the Leo employer and Capricorn employee. Capricorn needs employees that can be the “front face” of the company and perform under pressure in public scenarios, which Leo, in business, can do. This setup is certainly one that can work so long as the Leo is producing while also performing. This combination requires good management to make it work if they must work together; otherwise, the best approach is keeping them separate and letting them operate apart from each other.
