88 Portal Activation
The Lions Gate is open from July 28th until August 12th peaking on the 8th day of the 8th month. During the 88 portal, the star Sirius moves super close to the earth and aligns with Orion. We can expect energetic showers of light codes to stream onto earth and we are able to use these codes to bring healing and a raised consciousness of awareness through these activations.

In numerology, the 8th day of the 8th month is a highly spiritual and activated point in time. The Lions Gate is a time of increased cosmic energy flowing between the physical and spiritual realms which we can all tune in and connect with. The number 8 equates with the symbol and meaning of Infinity. It represents the “Eternal Consciousness” part of our soul where birth and death are connected in a cosmic stream of perpetual oneness. The number 8 and the star Sirius are both associated with DNA activation, abundance, power, freedom, and a super high realm of awareness, making the Lions Gateway an impressive time to clear, activate, and open up our energy for receiving.
Lions Gate is not just about numerology. This alignment is called the Lions Gate because it occurs when the sun is in the astrological sign of Leo (the lion). As a Zodiac sign, Leo is associated with the heart center and represents the individualized expression of the divine. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s belt directly aligns with the pyramid of Giza, and from our perspective on earth, it appears that Sirius (the brightest star we can observe) comes closer to earth. The star Sirius is twice the size of our sun and 26 times brighter! It is a genuine source of spiritual light from the inner planes. The ancients were highly intuitive with the star Sirius. They believed it was a gateway to heaven and the central station for higher vibrational beings. They understood that the energy of this star carried highly advanced wisdom that could be intercepted when Sirius was strong in the sky.
Sirius rising in the sky at this time of year was considered a sacred occasion and marked the start of the new year in many cultures. The ancients observed many things happening to mother earth during this event.
In ancient Egypt, the rising of this star coincided with the flooding of the Nile and was viewed as a gift of prosperity, fertility, and revered as a positive omen. They aligned their pyramids with this rising star and some theories point to the pyramids acting as transmitters amplifying the energy of Sirius to channel and download messages with greater consistency.
The great Sphinx with its lion qualities also aligns with the Leo Zodiac during this cosmic time of year. This spiritual sequence is believed to benefit the receiving of divine messages from Isis and Anubis, the Egyptian gods associated with Sirius.
The Egyptians were not the only ancients who revered Sirius, the Mayans, Sumerians, Babylonians, and Dogon tribe also had a strong connection with this bright blue star.
