The Sagittarius parent and Scorpio child dynamic tends to be very much the same. The parent can be a guiding light regarding belief, wisdom, and mastery of knowledge. The Scorpio employer and Sagittarius employee thrive when the latter’s role involves travel and expertise usage. Reporting to the Scorpio boss as needed ensures smooth collaboration. But do not be surprised if the Scorpio boss and Sagittarius have little to do with each other outside of the business unless they are conducting an affair. If the employer is a Sagittarius and the employee is Scorpio, the dynamic can work in a similar fashion, including the affair. The Sagittarius boss will not often worry too much about employees beyond, “is the job getting done or not.” The Scorpio employee can make himself or herself invaluable by working harder than anyone else and getting the work done, especially in difficult circumstances.
