Gemini and Pisces can be good friends, in fact. These signs can be easy-come/easy-go, which works well in a friendship where the relationship does not have to persist if the two people, or even one person, does not want it to. They can enjoy each other’s company, but if something or someone else gains their attention, they can move on to whatever is more interesting, either intellectually for the Gemini or emotionally for the Pisces.
This romance, love, sex combination can be rather interesting if not particularly enduring. The theme with these two signs is that they are designed to work best with the fixed and cardinal signs more so than with their other mutable comrades. As lovers, there are really no limits or boundaries, which can be a problem when both people are “boundaryless”. If they are going to have something long-lasting, other factors in the chart will have to be present and provide stability.
The Gemini employer and the Pisces employee really will not stand out or be very dramatic. They may even have minimal interaction even when they are in the same room together. Pisces, in the employee role, will want to adapt and support his or her boss, regardless of sign, and will do so using intuition. This approach will work fine for Gemini, since, as an employer, he or she wants each member of the team to work in the best way to help them succeed and make the business successful.
If the employer is a Pisces and the employee is Gemini, this combination is pretty much the same. The difference in approach is more about the difference in the elements. Gemini will use information and verbal communication to lead while Pisces will use intuition and emotional intelligence to lead. Since both these signs prefer to serve and adapt, they can easily work with just about any other sign, but they will not have the push or focus they get working with the fixed or cardinal signs.
