The Taurus employer and the Gemini employee may really struggle. Taurus likes to do what works and keep using the same processes and tools that work consistently. A Gemini employee is likely to be frustrated, wanting a lot more variety and needing plenty of stimulation. If the employer and employee can find a role in the communication hub of the company, there is a much better chance of the dynamic working. One thing is for sure, the Gemini employee can count on a consistent paycheck from a Taurus employer.

If the employer is Gemini and the employee is Taurus, this can be a bit tougher on the two, but still healthy for a business relationship. While the Gemini employer is interested in communication, information, and new ideas, the Taurus employee will be sure the necessities of the business get taken care of.
