  • Isolate yourself in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for 10 to 15 minutes. You can do this indoors or outside.
  • Sit on a chair with your back straight, arms resting on your thighs, and palms facing upward. If you are outdoors, you can lean against a tree, either standing or sitting with crossed legs.
  • Breathe in and out naturally. Eventually, your breathing will deepen on its own, helping you relax and reach a higher consciousness.
  • Next, either stare at the aura image from earlier or close your eyes and visualize it. The choice is yours.
  • Now, place that visualization over your own body. Picture yourself surrounded by an aura of the same form and colors.
  • Keep focusing on this image and avoid thinking of anything else. Let your thoughts pass without holding onto them.
  • Then, observe or visualize the energy fields of your aura, starting with the outermost ring. Gradually move inward, one layer at a time, until you reach the center of your being.
  • Stay in this state of deep concentration for 10 to 15 minutes. Finally, slowly return to your regular activities.
