Back-to-school season is fast approaching, and even though school has been long over for me, I can’t help but see it as a fresh start. Often to keep going, we drink a lot of coffee, but it can be counterproductive. Energy spikes, quick crashes, too much caffeine… not so great! So, I can only recommend drinking tea, or even better, herbal tea. During my search, I came across this article from the brand Stashtea, and it’s well done. For each zodiac sign, the brand offers a matching blend. You can check out the recommended tea to see what suits your zodiac sign best. As a Cancer, I’m told to drink chocolate mint tea, and yum, it sounds delicious! Great for concentration and the heart!
