In this article, we will explore the Solstices, the Scorpio season, and the significance of our personal birthdays. Join us as we delve into the mysteries of these sacred times. Learn how to work with them, not against them. Wishing for summer in winter may cause you to miss winter’s blessings. In Iceland, everything appears like a fairytale due to the intense energy. The water is much more intense when it’s cold or frozen, but it becomes lazy when it is warm. So do we sometimes, so balance and get an ice cream!
1. Sacred Time for Spiritual Renewal: Solstices and the Sun’s Power

The winter solstice is a powerful reminder of resilience and the hope that persists even in the darkest times. It symbolizes the promise that, no matter how long the night lasts, the sun will always rise again. As the Winter Solstice arrives, the sun begins a fresh cycle. Casting its light into the darkness, it nurtures the life that’s just waiting to grow. This process is reflected in the natural world: seeds buried deep in the Earth gradually emerge, drawn out by the sun’s life-giving rays.
With the Summer Solstice on the horizon, it’s a time to celebrate. Not just the sun’s nourishing light but also the light that resides within each of us. During this time, the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, giving us the longest day of the year. The sun’s cycle mirrors our own lives, representing the natural flow of energy that moves inward and outward. This Solstice encourages us to turn inward, to seek the nourishment necessary for growth and evolution. It’s a moment to pause and allow the energy cultivated in Spring to fully bloom. This season represents the peak of vitality and energy, a time when the body’s yang energy also reaches its height.
The equinox represents the middle between the winter and summer solstices. The Spring Equinox marks a balance between day and night, symbolizing spiritual renewal and new beginnings. The Autumn Equinox also signifies balance, focusing on gratitude, harvest, and preparation for winter.
During Scorpio season, the energy is intense. It’s a time for the death of the ego, the rebirth of the soul (spiritual renewal), and, if survived, the emergence of new spiritual powers.
