  2. Once you achieve having your breathing movement down, try to make it all fluid as if you are sipping in the air and also exhaling it at the same time. Try to not give any pauses between the beginning, and the ending of an inhale, and an exhale. Try to make it more like a continuous chain of movement.
  3. Carry on this breathing exercise for a minimum of 15-20 minutes. By this time, you will feel the energy starting to rise up from your belly area. Upon the feeling of discomfort, stop the exercise and try it again some other day.
  4. The breathing exercise is to be repeated 1-4 times per week for 30-45 minutes.
